You will become an important member of a team of clinical experts who provide infusion and medical supply services to home-based patients in the Waterloo-Wellington area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Marchese Health Care Pharmacist Leslie Chappell has become the company’s first pharmacist to be certified by the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy.
The Certified Geriatric Pharmacist designation identifies pharmacists with expertise in drug therapy and pharmaceutical care to the elderly. She joins an elite group of pharmacists from around the world who have distinguished themselves as leaders in geriatric care.
Leslie’s certification will add a greater level of expertise and service delivery for both MediLink Community Health Services and Marchese Health Care.
“Leslie’s investment in training and knowledge gained to become a CGP will be very valuable to her work at Marchese Health Care,” said Pharmacist Manager Guy Cuerrier.
